Executive Coaching
We work with organisations looking for coaching support at the Senior Management to CXO level and help set up and manage these coaching relationships using the highest standards of quality. We offer only face to face coaching (no telephone coaching), and insist on feedback from the sponsor and the client, and share it with our Coaches.
Our coaching model is Coachee centric by approach, humanistic by orientation, empowering by style and eclectic by design. The Coaching process encompasses powerful conversations that are deeply mindful about the psychological dimensions of Coaching. The focus is on managing problems and developing unused opportunities.
